We stand behind everything we sell. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Return window
You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all hardware, documentation, and accessories included.
How to start a return

Contact us first. Email eurocustomautos@gmail.com or use the contact form with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply within one business day.

Get your return authorization. We'll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Do not ship items back without an RMA — unannounced returns cannot be processed.

Pack and ship the item. Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible. Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. We recommend using a tracked service — we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Receive your refund. Once we receive and inspect the item (typically within 2 – 3 business days), we'll issue your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 3 – 5 business days depending on your bank.
Return shipping costs
- Our error or defective item: We pay return shipping in full.
- Changed your mind / wrong order placed: Return shipping is at the buyer's expense. We'll deduct a $10 CAD restocking fee from the refund for orders under $200 CAD.
- Fitment mismatch (buyer-provided incorrect vehicle info): Return shipping is at the buyer's expense. We strongly recommend double-checking your vehicle's year, make, model, and trim before ordering.
Exchanges
Want a different size, finish, or part? We're happy to exchange. Start the same way as a return — email us with your order number and what you'd like instead. If the new item is a different price, we'll either charge or refund the difference.
Items that cannot be returned
- Custom or made-to-order items, including custom-spec ECA Forged wheels and bespoke interior work
- Items that have been installed, used, or modified in any way
- Items returned without an RMA number
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Electrical components that have been plugged in or wired (unless defective on arrival)
- Clearance or final-sale items (clearly marked at the time of purchase)
Defective or damaged items
If your item arrives defective or was damaged in transit, please photograph both the packaging and the item and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you and handle the carrier claim ourselves.
