Everything you need to know about how we get your parts to you.
Where we ship
We ship to all provinces and territories across Canada, and to all 50 states in the United States. We are based in Mississauga, ON and proudly serve the Greater Toronto Area with local pickup available by appointment.
Carriers
Depending on the size and destination of your order we ship via Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, or Canpar. Large or fragile items such as ECA Forged wheels ship on a pallet via freight carrier. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

These are estimates only and do not account for carrier delays, weather, or customs processing for US shipments. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian and US federal holidays.
Shipping rates
We use flat-rate shipping on all orders — no surprises at checkout.
- $15 CAD — small to medium items (parts, trim, accessories, and similar).
- $50 CAD — large items (wheels, oversized packages, freight shipments).
- US orders are subject to the same flat rates plus any applicable duties and import fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Processing time
Most in-stock orders are packed and dispatched within 1 – 2 business days of payment clearing. Custom or special-order items (including made-to-order ECA Forged wheels) have a longer lead time that will be communicated to you at the time of purchase.
Order tracking
Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use that number directly on the carrier's website to follow your shipment in real time. If you haven't received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Damaged or lost shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the damaged item immediately and email us at eurocustomautos@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund. For lost shipments (tracking shows delivered but item not received), please allow one additional business day before contacting us — occasionally carriers scan packages before final drop-off.
